Thank you for your interest in joining Taringa Rovers for the 2026 season.

Please read this information before registering.

REGISTRATION STEPS
For 2026, Football Queensland and Football Australia require registration across three separate platforms:

1. Club Registration (TRSFC)
Register with Taringa Rovers
Pay your club fees in full or set up a payment plan

2. Football Queensland Registration (Squadi) (opens Jan 1)
Register with Football Queensland in Squadi
Pay governing body fees, including player insurance

3. Football Australia Registration (PlayFootball) (opens Jan 1)
Register with Football Australia in PlayFootball
Pay Football Australia’s national fees

Squadi and PlayFootball for the 2026 season open on 1 January 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTES
You must complete all three steps for your registration to be finalised.

Players are not permitted to train or play until club fees are paid in full or a payment plan is set up and both Squadi and PlayFootball registrations are complete.

REFUNDS
Governing body fees paid through Squadi may be refundable if a player has not trained or played.
Club fee refunds are at TRSFC’s discretion and are reduced by administration charges and any costs already incurred.
Full details are available in the TRSFC Refund Policy.

Right to Play, Registration and Participation Requirements

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the player listed, or otherwise authorised to complete this registration, and I agree to the following conditions for the 2026 season.

    1. Eligibility to participate
A player cannot attend preseason sessions, friendlies, trials, fixtures or matches until all registration steps below are completed in full.

    2. Registration requirements
    - TRSFC (Majestri): Register and pay the full fee or set up an approved payment plan.
    - Football Queensland (Squadi): Register, select the correct TRSFC product and pay all FQ fees, including insurance.
    - Football Australia (PlayFootball): Register and pay the national registration fee.

These registrations are separate and mandatory. Completion of one does not complete the others. TRSFC cannot permit participation until the player appears as financially active and active in Majestri, Squadi, and PlayFootball.

    3. Right to play
Participation is not permitted until all registrations and payments are confirmed. No exceptions.

    4. Refunds
I acknowledge the TRSFC Refund Policy, including:
    - non-refundable deposits, except as required by law
    - administration fees
    - FairPlay voucher conditions
    - pro rata arrangements for withdrawals or late joiners

TRSFC club fees are separate from FQ and FA fees. Refunds for Squadi or PlayFootball payments must be requested directly from those bodies.

Team placement is not guaranteed. Withdrawing after teams are formed does not automatically result in a refund.

    5. Accuracy of information
I confirm all information provided is true and correct. TRSFC may suspend or cancel a registration if misleading information is supplied.

    6. Privacy and data management
TRSFC manages personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988, Australian Privacy Principles, FA and FQ policies and the TRSFC Privacy Policy (November 2025).

TRSFC uses authorised systems including Squadi, PlayFootball, Majestri, TeamStack, Google Workspace, XPS and WhatsApp. Some providers may store or process information overseas where comparable safeguards apply.
By registering, I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for football-related purposes. Requests for access or correction can be made in writing.

    7. Medical treatment and emergencies
I consent to first aid being provided by coaches, officials or volunteers. TRSFC may call an ambulance when required. Any costs charged by Queensland Ambulance Service are the responsibility of the family.

    8. Media and communications
Families provide media consent during registration. TRSFC may use approved images and footage in line with that consent. Families must keep contact details up to date and monitor official club communications.

    9. Behaviour, conduct and disciplinary action
I agree to follow all TRSFC policies, including Codes of Conduct, the Selection Policy and the Refund Policy.
TRSFC may withdraw or suspend participation if:
    - fees or registrations are incomplete
    - club policies are breached
    - behaviour by a player or family member breaches FA or FQ Codes of Conduct or creates risk to others

    10. Team placement, grading and playing time
Team placement, grading and playing time are determined by TRSFC coaches and coordinators. Placements vary from year to year.
Team structures may change due to numbers, coaching availability or FQ competition requirements.
Academy programs are subject to additional terms.

    11. Property, uniforms and facilities
Families are responsible for deliberate damage to club property or lost equipment or uniforms.

    12. Community involvement
TRSFC is a community club. Volunteer involvement is expected, including canteen support, ground official duties and field setup or pack down when requested.

    13. Amendments to policies
TRSFC may update policies during the season where required by Football Queensland, Football Australia, legal obligations or operational needs. The most recent versions are available on the club website.

    14. Dispute resolution
Concerns or complaints will be handled through TRSFC’s internal pathways, starting with the MPIO or Integrity Officers. If unresolved, matters may be referred to Football Queensland under their Member Protection framework.

    15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.
